Our Response to COVID19

Commitment to Clean

We have been working diligently to implement a variety of new and improved cleanliness protocols and services that build on our longstanding cleaning procedures. Commitment to Clean is our pledge to you, to give you a peace of mind as you stay with us. In addition to this, please note the following changes to our hotel policies and services:

  • Face coverings are required to be worn in all public spaces of the hotel.
  • Our team is committed to practicing social distancing throughout our hotel and we ask that our guests are also mindful of social distancing recommendations. In light of this, our elevator is restricted to one party at a time.
  • For the safety of our guests and our staff, housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Amenities such as additional towels, shampoo, and coffee are available for pick up from our front desk 24 hours a day.
  • We are currently offering a grab bag breakfast each morning of your stay, and we are pleased to announce that these now include a hot breakfast sandwich.
  • Our pool, hot tub and fitness centre are open to our registered hotel guests. Reservations for these amenities can be made with the front desk upon arrival. Our scheduled appointments allow for our guests to enjoy our facilities in a private environment, one party at a time. Our pool, hot tub and fitness centre are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm.
  • And of course it goes without saying, if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of sickness that you please refrain from entering our hotel.

Thank you, and stay safe!
